Applied to uneven and small crack of outdoor wall or ceiling areas such as cement render, gypsum board, concrete, etc. to obtain a level blemish free surface, suitable for overcoating with all conventional decorative coatings.

| CHARACTERISTICS |
A top quality water based high solids structured paste. High durability, shrink and crack resistant product which will level out imperfections in wall areas, and enhance the appearance of any decorative system with which it is coated.

| METHOD OF USE |
- Surface must be clean and dry; free from loose materials, oil and grease
- In case of powdery surfaces apply 1 coat of BIRTON-Prime
- No water needed for dilution
- Apply 1 coat of BIRTON-COAT by trowel or scraper and level the surface
- Dry thickness should not exceed 2 mm./coat
- If one coat is not sufficient, apply the second coat on the necessary area
- Sand and dust-off when the product is dried
- Allow surface to dry overnight before applying emulsion paints
